Shipping Rates and Information

Local delivery is free south of the tunnels and bridges. If you located north of the tunnels and bridges your order must be over $50.00. There is no free as long as the $50.00 Requirement is met and no fee for anyone within the 30 mile zone.

Vaquatics will deliver to your door if you live within 30 miles of Chesapeake, VA (23322).

*All orders $99 or more are free shipping nationwide *(excludes HI, AK, PR or other U.S. Territories and all over-sized or freight items).

1. All orders outside of 30 miles, in the Hampton Roads Area, can be arranged by Vaquatics, LLC and the Customer.
2. Dry goods and equipment will be processed and then shipped to customer.This will occur within 5 to 7 business days once payment has been received.
3. Oversized items are subject to extra charges if free shipping applies to the item. It will be added to the purchase price if applicable.
4. We currently do not ship Live, cold or frozen food outside the state of Virginia.
5. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for shipping (Continental US Only) by the carrier for ground shipping once the order has been processed. Please allow extra transit time outside of the Continental US.

Vaquatics values the live stock we culture. At this time live coral and fish we carry can only be delivered locally unless special arrangements are made.

We will do our best to ensure that the items the customer purchases are shipped as quickly as possible.In the event that the carrier has delays, which is out of our control, we will inform you of the delay.

Shipping rates will be determined when the cart is ready to check out unless choosing overnight shipping for anything other than coral. If you wish to take advantage of our discount policies with specific carriers please feel free to email us and we will do our best to get you the discounted rate and email you with what that total would be for same day shipping. 

We currently only ship in the United States. Special pricing for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will be applied. Overnight Shipping charges will be applied if this option is selected as well as the special pricing. An example is $49.99 for standard shipping + $50.00 will be added to your order.
